It is amazing that these animals can grow their antlers within a fairly short period of time. They carry this amazing rack then when spring comes they loosen up and the Elk rub them off, which in turn they then drop off and they then start to grow new ones. These make great decorator pieces or can be used for cutting up for crafts such as drawer pulls, baskets, buttons, knife handles, pens, etc.
